Osteopathy can address most musculoskeletal pain. This is done through treatment consisting of soft tissue massage, mobilisation of joints and where appropriate gentle manipulation of the spine.
Cranial Osteopathy is a very gentle type of osteopathy. Cranial can be used to treat babies as well as adults. When treating using cranial I am trying to gently release strain and tension from the body to normalise function.
